In 2010 payment for gas will be changed twice

Chief of RT Committee on tariffs Marina Fairushina told about changes in tariffs for gas, heat power, water disposal and water supply at a briefing in RT Cabinet. She reminded that tariffs are regulated at federal and republican levels; the concrete tariffs are determined by controlling bodies of municipal formations.

Tariffs for 2010 have been formed on the basis of expected calculations of RF Government (approved on 23.10.2009).

In 2010 payment for gas will be changed twice – from January,1 – 2,65 kop. per cubic metre, and form April, 1 – 3,04 kop. Retail prices for condensed gas will make 15,8 RUR per kg (without transport delivery), and 18,4 RUR per kg (including transport delivery). Federal service on tariffs approved the order about maximum level of tariffs for electric power in 2010, RT Committee on tariffs made decision about tariffs for citizens in republic. Thus, next year tariffs for electric power will make 2,23 kop. per kWt/h. Besides, the committee determined concrete tariffs on separate supplier of electric power.

For water disposal and water supply maximum indices for every municipal formation have been fixed. On average maximum parameters for water supply will increase by 10 %, water disposal – 11%, unitization of hard domestic waste – 9%.

By words of Marina Fairushina tariffs for city and interurban transportations and mail services will not change in 2010.

RT First deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing Rauzil Khaziev informed about changes in payments for major repair in multi-family houses. He told about successful cooperation of Tatarstan with Fund of assistance to housing and communal reforms and plans for 2010.
