Program of oil gas chemistry development for period 2010 -2014 presented at Tatneftekhiminvest – holding Board of directors session

The session was held by RT PM – JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding Board of directors chairman Rustam Minnikahnov.
He reminded that this is the third oil gas chemistry development accepting program in the republic. The two previous have been successfully realized .
Rafinat Yarullin , making the main report, informed that a purpose of the program to ensure competitiveness of the complex.
«The Program sets new ambitious tasks, - said R/Yarullin . – It was coordinated with the principal О strategic documents of Rusia and Tatarstan . Its implementation depends much on availability of credit resources ».
It is supposed to realize the Program in two stages : years 2010 - 2011 a stage of stabilization and recovery, 2012 – 2014 years – as development stage.
It is supposed that investments in oil extraction will exceed 100 bln. roubles and the main task of the sector - stabilization of oil recovery including at the expense of layers oil yield. Besides, natural bitumen extraction should gain a momentum. .
Among the priorities R. Yarulin determined raising oil processing and quality of petrochemicals.
TANEKO and JSC NAIF-NK new capacities commissioning will raise by year 2015 oil processing volumes in the republic to 23 mln. tonnes (that is 9,5% of Russia’s oil processing .

On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.

Leyla Fazleeva holds a meeting of the commission under the Rais of Tatarstan on the Russian language
On 31 March in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva hold a meeting of the Commission on the Russian language under the Rais of Tatarstan, which considered key issues of supporting and developing Russian language, including new educational initiatives and discussed programmes of popularization of Russian literature and activities to preserve the language heritage.

On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.
