Rustam Minnikhanov heads Board of directors of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”

On June 1, new Board of directors of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” was selected at the company annual shareholders meeting.
The following officials are now members of the board: Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Ravil Zaripov, Minister of Economy of the republic Artem Zdunov, Aide to Tatarstan President Renat Sabirov, Aide to Tatarstan President on oil industry Shafagat Takhautdinov, Advisor to Tatarstan President on development of oil and gas fields Renat Muslimov, Aide to Prime Minister on oil, gas and chemical complex Almaz Galeev, and Chief executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, Director General of OAO “Svyazinvestneftekhim” Valery Sorokin, Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Oil Company Nail Maganov, Director General of OAO TAIF Albert Shigabutdinov and his first deputy Vladimir Busygin, Director General of Kazanorgsintez Farid Minigulov, and other heads of regional companies.
OOO “FEB-Audit” was assigned the company auditor again.
Rustam Minnikhanov was elected Board Chairman of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.
Rafinat Yarullin was assigned Director General of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.
Speaking at the session, Minnikhanov positively estimated Yarullin’s work.
He also noted that the 4th programme of the development of oil, gas and chemical industry of the Republic of Tatarstan would be approved soon.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
