Rustam Minnikhanov lays flowers at the monument to Great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin

On June 6, within the framework of events devoted to the Russian Language Day, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the monument to Great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin.
The event was established by the United Nations in 2010 and celebrated on June 6, the birthday of Alexander Pushkin. In Russia the Day of the Russian Language is established by the Presidential Decree of 6 June 2011.
In Kazan, a poetic meeting devoted to the Day of the Russian language was held at the monument to Pushkin near the Jalil Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre.
First Deputy Minister of Culture of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan Irina Alexandrovskaya, Tatarstan People’s Poet Renat Kharis and other officials welcomed the audience. Artists and workers of culture read poems and sang songs at the event.
After performances of folk ensembles, the ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to Alexander Pushkin with participation of Rustam Minnikhanov was held.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
