Prime Minister of Abkhazia Artur Mikvabia arrives in Kazan

On June 11, Prime Minister of Abkhazia Artur Mikvabia arrived in Kazan and was met by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Kazan international airport.
Artur Mikvabia will meet State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev to discuss further cooperation.
On June 12, he will meet Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and visit the Institute of fundamental medicine and biology at Kazan Federal University, Regional engineering center of medical simulators “Center of medical science” (Eidos), IT-park and technopark “Himgrad”.
On June 13, Artur Mikvabia will take part in Sabantui holiday celebrations in the town of Naberezhnye Chelny.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
