RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated work of RT Ministry of justice in 2009

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov suggested to pay special attention to forming of Register of municipal normative legal acts of Republic Tatarstan and keeping unified bank of normative legal acts of Republic Tatarstan. He announced this at a board session of RT Ministry of justice devoted to working results of the institution in 2009 and tasks for 2010.

Rustam Minnikhanov considers that it is necessary to provide all information for the Ministry in time for formation of the Register to be efficient. In his opinion this problem may be solved via unified inter-departmental system “Electronic circulation of documents” (within frameworks of “Electronic government of Republic Tatarstan”). Much attention should be given to staff training in workplaces and provision with equipment (computers, Internet, e.t.c.). Moreover, it is important to arrange the process of receiving normative legal acts from municipalities and provide inter-departmental information exchange, Rustam Minnikhanov said.

RT Prime Minister noted likewise that level of juridical education is rather low in rural settlements, 30 % of municipal regions experience shortage of lawyers. Thus, the priority task is to provide all municipalities with competent judicial people. As for work of institute of Justice of the Peace in republic, Prime Minister entrusted RT Ministry of justice jointly with municipalities and Ministry of land and property relations with carrying out the work on providing magistrates with proper premises for receiving citizens and implementing justice.

By and large, Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the activity of RT Ministry of justice.
