Realization of a Regional program on proactive measures for overcoming negative consequences of global financial crisis in Republic Tatarstan in 2010 will cost 3 billion rubles. Such data have been considered at the RT Cabinet session of the Republican interdepartmental commission on increasing standard of living and legalization of incomes conducted by the RT First vice-premier of the Government Ravil Muratov.
According to data shown at a meeting, the regional program of the additional actions directed on reduction of intensity on a labour market of Republic Tatarstan for 2010 has been approved by the Edict of the President of Republic Tatarstan and directed to the Government of the Russian Federation.
At the session of RF Deputy President of the RF Government held by Alexander Zhukov on December, 28th, 2009, a total amount of demanded budgetary financial resources at a rate of 2985,3 million roubles, including both budget of Republic Tatarstan - 209,6 million roubles, and the one of the Russian Federation - 2775,7 mkn. rubl. has been agreed.
The list of the enterprises - participants of the program in 2010 was formed under the applications of branch ministries.
In 2010, a new direction of program implementation has appeared - subsidizing of workplaces for the disabled. 200 people with limited capacities are planned to be assisted in Tatarstan.
Mainstream of program realization still remains public works. It is planned to employ 98 ths. Tatarstaners on 63 thousand workplaces.
In 2010, a proactive vocational training of workers in case of threat of their dismissal will pass 9006 Tatarstaners, the internship with a view of acquiring operational experience of graduates of educational establishments - 2578 people.
Assistance will be rendered to development of small business and self-employment of jobless citizens allows to provide 19 thousand new workplaces. 200 people will get the address support, if applied to the bodies of employment service aimed at job searching.
