Rustam Minnikhanov visits some social facilities in Almetyevsk

On June 26, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Almetyevsk to take part in an annual meeting of Tatneft Oil Company shareholders.
Upon his arrival, Minnikhanov got acquainted with the work of the branch of the renovated Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary. Minnikhanov was accompanied by Minister of Health of the republic Vafin Adel, Head of Executive Committee of Almetyevsk Municipal District Ayrat Khayrullin, General Director of "Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov and other officials.
The opening of the branch was made possible due to federal and regional programmes aimed at improving the quality of medical care. Minnikhanov looked around the renovated building, visited the ward for veterans and chemotherapy unit. He also was presented an upgraded hybrid operating room for performing complex operations. Doctors reported that some of the equipment is of Tatarstan production.
After looking around the premises, Minnikhanov met hospital staff and handed the key to a new specialized car for palliative care to the director of the branch.
Then, Minnikhanov attended the opening ceremony of a new kindergarten for 140 places. Speaking at the event, Minnikhanov noted that Almetyevsk region is the leader in terms of demography in Tatarstan. He said that 75 nursery schools with a total of 12 thousand seats will be built in the republic this year.
Minnikhanov noted that many innovations in the city and the region were made possible due to the support of Tatneft company. "We remember how Almetyevsk looked like 20 years ago and look at it now. And this process is underway. I want to thank our oil workers not only for production and financial results, but also for the attention given to social projects," he added.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone on the opening of a kindergarten and handed its head mistress monetary certificate for 100,000 roubles. After that, Interim President of the republic looked around the premises of the new pre-school and talked with teachers.
After that, Minnikhanov went to the Neftche Palace of Culture, where an annual meeting of Tatneft shareholders will be held today.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
