There will be 136 routes for transportation of participants of FINA World Championship 2015

On July 14, at a briefing on issues of transport services to be rendered during FINA World Championship 2015, Deputy Director General of ANO “Executive directorate of sports projects” Azat Galiakhmetov said that there will be 136 routes for transportation of participants of the championship.
Galiakhmetov noted that during development of principles and organization of transport services for client groups, the event managers came to an agreement that both airports and railway stations of Kazan and Moscow will be official arrival places of participants and guests of the championship. Therefore, all hospitality services will be rendered in both cities on July 17 – August 18.
According to Galiakhmetov, first guests, teams from the USA and Canada will arrive at Kazan international airport on July 17. July 21, 22 and 29 will be the busiest days as more than 500 guests will be coming to Kazan. On August 10 1.5 thousand participants of the sports event will be leaving Kazan.
Every day client groups will be transported by 132 tourist buses, 45 minibuses, and 183 cars provided by AvtoVAZ partner company. All vehicles used during the championship will be using a special lane for public transport.
It was noted that 2.5 thousand volunteers will take part in the event.
The organizing committee decided to provide a special free of charge route for people to get to the main venues such as Kazan-arena stadium, Aquatics Palace, and Water Polo Arena from the underground station “Kozya Sloboda”. The route will start operating on July 24 from 10 p.m. till 1 a.m.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
