Rustem Valiullov appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan

On July 15, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree to appoint Rustem Valiullov Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan.

Rustem Valiullov was born in Kazan on October 24, 1972. In 1994 he graduated from Kazan Civil Engineering Institute, in 1999 - Kazan branch of the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in 2006 - Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

For twenty years Valiullov has held different positions in the Internal Affairs agencies of the Russian Federation in Tatarstan. From 2014 to 2015 he worked as deputy chief of the Federal Migration Service in Tatarstan.
