“Belekech” kindergarten opened in Pestretsy region with participation of Rustam Minnikhanov

On July 15, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov opened a multi-purpose center, sports ground and “Belekech” kindergarten in Pestretsy region (Tatarstan).
Construction of social objects and reconstruction of the existing ones are done under regional presidential programmes.
According to Minnikhanov, 30, 000 places were provided at regional pre-school institutions for three years. He handed over a certificate for 100, 000 roubles to the director of “Belekech” kindergarten.
Head of Pestretsy region Eduard Diyarov said that opening of the new kindergarten is an important event for the region.
It was noted that 73 kindergartens for 10, 000 children are to be built in the republic this year. It is the record number of kindergartens ever built in Tatarstan.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
