Rustam Minnikhanov meets Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky

On July 19, at their meeting in Krasnoyarsk, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed areas of further cooperation and issues related to cooperation in social-economic and cultural spheres.
Tolokonsky thanked Minnikhanov for his personal contribution to the preparation of the federal Sabantuy in Krasnoyarsk.
Tolokonsky noted that Tatarstan and Krasnoyarsk Territory have a common goal - to strengthen Russia by using the rich potential of the regions. "Today our regions have a lot of opportunities to strengthen relations and cooperation in various fields. For any Russian region, the example of the development of Tatarstan with its industrial growth, success in the innovation economy, improvement of science and education, creation of special social conditions and arrangement of the territory is illustrative. Your republic has much to learn from," he said, in particular.
In his turn Minnikhanov noted that Tatarstan is also interested in the experience of the development of Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to him, Krasnoyarsk Territory is the second largest territory of Russia with huge natural and human potential.
Thanking Tolokonsky for his warm welcome, Minnikhanov invited him to visit the Republic of Tatarstan to exchange the experience.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
