Rustam Minnikhanov registered his account in "VKontakte"

On August 6, after his meeting with Marketing Director of Russian social network "VKontakte" Yaroslav Andreev and Manager for special projects Konstantin Sidorkov at Tatarstan Government House, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov decided to open his account in "VKontakte".
Representatives of the social network noted that 80% of Internet audience of Tatarstan has accounts in "VKontakte".
Yaroslav Andreev said that social networks have become a powerful competitor of traditional media. According to TNS research group, the audience of "VKontakte" has exceeded the audience of federal TV channels.
During the meeting creation of official pages of regions in "VKontakte" was discussed. Konstantin Sidorkov offered creating the official page of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea and noted that he also decided to register his account in "VKontakte" to keep up with the latest trends. His page will be available by the link https://vk.com/rnm .

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
