Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working visit to Kaybitsy municipal region

On August 7, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working visit in Kaybitsy municipal region to get acquainted with the progress of the harvesting campaign and visit a grain reception center.
Upon inspecting the fields from a helicopter Minnikhanov met activists of the region at the grain reception center, where a powerful elevator was built.
Minnikhanov and his party visited an exhibition displaying products grown in the region.
The regional head Rakhmatullin reported on the progress of the harvesting campaign and noted that the appearance of villages of Kaybitsy region is changing every year thanks to the regional programmes. Kaybitsy is an agricultural region, that is why its agroindustrial complex is the priority area for the economy, he said.
Rakhmatullin continued that the construction of new kindergartens and capital repair of schools and other social facilities are underway in the region.
During his visit Minnikhanov talked to farm machinery operators and heads of rural settlements, and looked around the renovated grain reception center. He noted that today Kaybitsky region is developing and could serve as a good example for other municipalities.
Minnikhanov was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov, Head of Kaybitsy Municipal region Albert Rakhmatullin and other officials.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
