Rustam Minnikhanov has meeting with Board Chairman of Design Group and Mir Holding companies Ibrahim Mirmahmutogulları

On August 18, at Tatarstan Government House Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Board Chairman of Design Group and Mir Holding companies Ibrahim Mirmahmutogulları to discuss progress in establishing the specialized greenhouse facility in the Alabuga specialized economic zone (Elabuga region of Tatarstan Republic). Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov, Aide to Tatarstan President Albert Nafigin, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, Director General of the Alabuga specialixed economic zone Timur Shagivaleev and other officials took part in the event.
In March, 2015 Design Group and Mir Holding companies presented the project of creating the specialized greenhouse facility in the Alabuga special economic zone.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
