Ildar Khalikov takes part in video conference meeting held by Dmitry Medvedev on beginning of the new academic year

On August 20, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov participated in meeting in format of video conference dedicated to readiness of educational system for the next academic year, where Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev declared that a draft programme on creating the new number of places at schools is prepared . According to it, 6.5 million additional places are to be created in comprehensive institutions by 2025.
Chairman of Russian Government noted that modernization of regional pre-school educational system has been carried out, mainly owing to reducing queues to kindergartens. “More than 1 million places have been provided over the last three years. More than 340 000 places are to be created. The problems concerning queues in kindergartens have been solved in many regions. Nowadays about 7 million children attend state and private pre-school educational institutions. We should realize that they will go to school soon, and we must provide good conditions for their study. Above mentioned project also envisages construction of new educational establishments and reconstruction of existed ones. We should take into consideration our possibilities as this project demands considerable capital investments that preliminarily make 3 trillion roubles, ” Dmitry Medvedev reported.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
