Rustam Minnikhanov visits a number of educational institutions in Bugulma town

On August 21,within his working trip to Bugulma region, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov visited a number of educational institutions. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administrative Office Asgat Safarov, Deputy Prime Minister -Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Engel Fattakhov, head of Bugulma municipal region Linar Zakirov and other officials accompanied Rustam Minnikhanov.
Rustam Minnikhanov firstly visited municipal budgetary general educational institution “Lyceum № 2”, where he got acquainted with special information stand, concerning agenda of regional August meeting of Tatarstan education and science employees, the best schools rating in the republic, the concept of the Tatar national education development till 2030 and other issues .
Then, the principal of the lyceum Gennadi Ivanov told about activity of the educational establishment. It was founded in 1938 and has been specialising in mathematics and physics since 1966. In 1993, it was officially acknowledged as a lyceum. In 2014, IT class was established. Classrooms of Geology, Chemistry and History were shown to the guests.
Then, Rustam Minnikhanov got familiar with exhibition exposition made by leading educational institutions of the republic which are specialized in developing teacher resource books and study guides.
In addition, Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the opening ceremony of kindergarten “Belekech”. With a total area of 2639 square meters, the building houses several group premises with sports and musical halls, Tatar language classroom, and psychological release room.
Head of Bugulma Region Linar Zakirov said that the region has been included in the programme of construction of kindergartens this year.
“The future of children is the most important issue. The kindergarten construction programme is very crucial because it is difficult to study well at school without having good training in kindergarten ,” Rustam Minnikhanov noted.
In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov went to Bugulma special comprehensive boarding school of 2,3 type for hard of hearing children, housing 18 classrooms, a library, medical room, a computer classroom and a canteen. 70 pupils study there. School leavers take state final exam. The staff consists of 24 teachers and 19 fosterers.
Rustam Minnikhanov inspected classrooms and communicated with teachers. In addition, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic had a meeting with trainees of the school who go in for Greco-Roman wrestling. Some of them even won world championships and Deaflympics. The head coach asked Rustam Minnikhanov to help with new training premises. Rustam Minnikhanov answered that the request will be considered.
On 26 January in his address Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of Customs Service of the republic with their professional holiday – the International Customs Officer’s Day and wrote: “For the first time the International Customs Officer’s Day was celebrated in 1983 when the World Customs Organizations became 30 years old.
On 23 January during their working trip to Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov and Russian Minister for Economic Development Maksim Reshetnikov visited a number of industrial facilities.
At the assembly and testing complex of the KazanCompressorMash Company the delegation looked round its production grounds and discussed with the GROUP GMS administration the progress of manufacturing of the cryogenic bog compressors and MR compressors with the capacity of 130 MW for large tonnage CNG production.
On 21 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Chief Federal Inspector for Tatarstan Viktor Demidov, the Head of the Security and Escort Department of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Sergey Eliseev and other officials took part in a resulting meeting of the Directorate of Federal Penitentiary Service for Tatarstan held in Kazan, which summarized results of operational, service, production, economic and financial activities of the penal system of the republic in 2025 and set tasks for the current year.
On 20 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin visited a new building of the Kirov district court in Kazan located in close proximity to the Moscow district court of the city.
