Rustam Minnikhanov was reported on training process of public authorities and heads of municipalities of Tatarstan Republic in Moscow management school “Skolkovo”

On August 21, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administrative Office Asgat Saffarov reported on training process of Tatarstan public authorities and heads of municipalities in Moscow management school “Skolkovo” to Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.
It should be mentioned that the training of the officials on “Effective management: Strategy. Action. Result” was organized in Moscow management school “Skolkovo” and Kazan Fedaral University on the instructions of Rustam Minnikhanov. Three modules of training programme (strategic planning, investment planning, regional management are conducted by Russian and foreign specialists. Rector of Moscow management school "Skolkovo" Andrey Sharonov personally takes part in the programme.
The participants are given tasks after completing each module. Each of six groups should defend their project prepared within the framework of programme “Strategy of social-economic development of Tatarstan Republic till 2030”.
Asgat Saffarov also told about how officials take an active part in lessons and attend them. Therefore heads of Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Transport and Roads, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sport and Kazan city authorities must compensate their absence in lessons by self-study between modules.
Rustam Minnikhanov charged Department for Public Service and Personnel of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to control training process and performance of tasks between modules.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
