Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys from new school buses

On August 21, within his working trip to Bugulma region, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic handed in keys from new school buses to the heads of municipal regions and noted that the availability of a bus is a necessary condition for the development. “Our strategy is to build basic schools and provide free education of good quality. It is difficult to accomplish this task without primary schools and buses, “ Rustam Minnikhanov went on to report. To the point, buses were produced in joint enterprise “Ford Sollers” located in special economic zone “Alabuga” (Tatarstan).
Earlier on the same day, Rustam Minnikhanov visited Culture and Recreation Park named after S.F. Morozov where the first stage of reconstruction has been completed. Interim President of Tatarstan Republic outlined that it is very crucial to have such parks and squares in the cities and settlements, and a park must be suitable for doing sports, communication and recreation.
Rustam Minnikhanov concluded that Bugulma citizens take an active part in the programme of park and squares implemented in the republic.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
