Rustam Minnikhanov opens Marriage Registration Palace in Leninogorsk

On August 22, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn opening ceremony of Leninogorsk Marriage Registration Palace. Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Head of Leninogorsk region Ryagat Khusainov, Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Nail Maganov and other officials participated in the event.
Earlier the building of Civil Registry Office was located on the ground floor of the dwelling house. As it did not meet the requirements, it was decided to built a new one. The construction of two-storey building started in April, 2015 and cost 100 million roubles.
In his welcoming speech, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all people on the event and outlined the importance of Civil Registry Office in the life of the region. “It is very crucial that wedding ceremony is held in a beautiful place”, he remarked.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Tatneft oil company to have contributed greatly to holding 70th anniversary of establishing Leninogorskneft Oil and Gas Production Board.
Then, Rustam Minnikhanov looked around premises of the new Civil Registry Office, hold a meeting with a married couple who have lived together for 65 years and congratulated 11 newly-married couples.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
