Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit in Aznakayevo and Muslyumovo regions of the republic

On August 28, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan arrived on a working visit in Aznakaevo and Muslyumovo regions of the republic to inspect the harvesting campaign in the fields.
The agenda included opening a number of public facilities, one of them a multipurpose gymnasium designed for volleyball, basketball, mini-football and close fight in Aznakaevo. The centre admits 284 spectators and four groups of athletes.
Later on, Minnikhanov opened a new kindergarten for 50 children aged one to seven. The facility includes a music room, gymnasium, medical room, kitchen, laundry, and two playgrounds. Once the kindergarten is put into operation, the waiting list for kindergarten will cease to exist in the region.
In Muslyumovo region, Minnikhanov attended the opening of a new cattle breeding facility for a 38-thousand-strong parent herd. The facility was put into operation earlier in August this year, its expected payoff period being three years.
Then Minnikhanov proceeded with opening a new kindergarten for 140 children meant to become an experimental platform for implementing national educational standards in pre-school education.
He also inspected a new assembly line of Agromaster production company that makes over 140 types of agricultural machinery including sowing machines, disc sets, and others. The new assembly workshop will allow increasing production by 30 per cent, or more than 150 million roubles a year. The facility costs 50 million roubles with an annual production of 360-425 units of equipment.
In the conclusion of his trip Minnikhanov visited the local Pushkin public garden the design of which is based on the great poet’s fairy tales.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
