Rustam Minnikhanov meets Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Russia Emilio Lozada Garcia

On September 2, at his meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Russia Emilio Lozada Garcia at the Tatarstan Government House, Interim President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov thanked him for his assistance in developing relations between Cuba and Tatarstan. He noted that a number of projects in the sphere of pharmaceutics, engineering and aviation are implemented in cooperation with Cuban companies.

“You will soon host the Havana International Fair, and the delegation from Tatarstan will take part in the event. We need to get back to the same level of cooperation we had in the Soviet times,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Emilio Lozada Garcia thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the reception and noted that Cuba is interested in strengthening its cooperation with Tatarstan.
