Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov: RT Public Chamber makes a considerable contribution into solving many social problems in republic

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with members of RT Public Chamber in House of RT government. They discussed cooperation of public organizations with power bodies, important problems of social and economic development of republic, creation of system for registering public opinions when state power bodies make decisions, expertizing important bills and normative legal acts.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov Public Chamber makes a considerable contribution into solving many social problems in republic. He noted likewise that currently Public Chamber has to deal with a hard period. In crisis conditions breaches and negative things in public have revived. Public Chamber plays an important role in regulating contacts and work with public organizations.

By words of Chairman of Public Chamber Ilgiz Khairullin problematic questions are badly regulated work with mass media, impossibility to get answers for requests from government officials. Besides Ilgiz Khairullin suggested developing and accepting law about cooperation between state power bodies and public organizations.

Rustam Minnikhanov assured that republican press and mass communications agency “Tatmedia” will get the task to regulate reporting about activity of Public Chamber in mass media. He also suggested holding briefings on urgent topics in RT Cabinet for distributing information.

Director of Institute of pedagogics and psychology of professional education Guzel Mukhametzyanova, Director of ZAO “Ebivol”, Deputy chairman of RT Public Chamber Tatyana Zabegina, Advisor to Director General of JSC “Tatmedia” Vladimir Shevchuk spoke at the meeting.
