Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Barinov hold a meeting in Bolgar

On September 8, in Bolgar, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Federal Agency for Nationality Affairs Igor Barinov held a meeting “On developing and implementing innovative technologies for monitoring and forecasting the development of international relations and early prevention of ethnic conflicts.”
Opening the meeting, Minnikhanov said that interethnic and interreligious harmony is one of the most important conditions for the development of Tatarstan and Russia as a whole, and the priority area of the domestic policy. He reminded that the republic is implementing a number of regional and state programs and sub-programs, which are designed in accordance with the Strategy of the state national policy of the Russian Federation and are target-focused and comprehensive.
Barinov in his turn, told about the work on creation of the system of monitoring and forecasting the development of international relations and early prevention of ethnic conflicts. According to him, Tatarstan experience in this area is one of the best in Russia.
During the meeting, Minnikhanov and Barinov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Federal Agency for Nationality Affairs.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
