Ildar Khalikov takes part in IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations”

On October 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations” in Moscow.  The forum has been held since 2012. This year its partner is Serbia, in 2014 it was China, and in 2013 – Finland and France.

Every day participants of the event will discuss different aspects of human life and activity that have direct influence on modern technological processes, - work, home, education, health and leisure. Representatives of federal executive authorities, top managers of leading global companies, outstanding scientists and experts in the sphere of innovative business attended the forum.

Making his speech at the event, Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev said: “business environment is becoming more predictable in Russia, we have opportunities to invest into infrastructure, create more comfortable conditions for innovations, implement such project as “Skolkovo”, and take up venture investment.”

Dmitry Medvedev focused on the main trends that are important in terms of interests of states and governments, - restructuring labour market and increasing creative components of labour, advent of generations that were literally born in digital world, and breakthroughs in a wide range of technologies, including biotechnologies.
