Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of Council under Plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga Federal District

Today RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of Council under plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga Federal District on issues of state policy on pursuing state policy on protection of rights and interests of children, elderly and disabled citizens.

The event is being held in Kirov. Issues of preparing for celebration of 65-anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War will also be discussed at the session. Plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga Federal District Grigory Rapota holds the session.

We remind that the decision about place of holding and topic of the Council were made by heads of regions of Volga Federal District at the session on December, 15, 2009.

All heads of regions of Volga Federal District, chief federal inspectors, representatives of federal ministries and departments, Council of the Federation, RF State Duma and public organizations have gathered today in Kirov.

On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation. The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.

Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
