Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in general meeting of employees of TAIF group in Nizhnekamsk

On November 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of Nizhnekamsk municipal region, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin, employees of PAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”, OAO “TAIF-NK” and OAO “TGK-16” took part in general meeting of employees of major enterprises of TAIF group.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim and TAIF-NK summarized results of work for nine months of 2015, focusing on economic indicators, ecological and social policy implemented at the enterprises.

Aidar Metshin noted that the contribution of major budget revenue generating enterprises PAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” and OAO “TAIF-NK” does not only consists in successful production and economic activity that provides jobs for tens of thousands of residents of Nizhnekamsk, but in their participation in solving important social problems of the town. This includes the development of urban environment, support of mass and professional sport, improvement of sports infrastructure of the town, and housing construction.

Aidar Metshin thanked Rustam Minnikhanov and heads of local enterprises for the support.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “ Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
