Ildar Khalikov suggests tightening responsibility of owners and heads of transport facilities

On November 16, following the joint session of Anti-terrorist commission of the Republic of Tatarstan and Coordination meeting with heads of law enforcement agencies of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a session of Interdepartmental transport safety commission of the Security Council of the republic.

Ildar Khalikov noted that solid work was carried out before Universiade 2013 and World Aquatics Championship in Kazan.

“Today we should enhance our efforts in this sphere today and clearly execute orders of federal and regions authorities and law enforcement agencies,” Khalikov said. He suggested tightening responsibility of owners and heads of transport facilities for ensuring safety of citizens in transport, anti-terrorism security of facilities and their provision with security equipment in accordance with regulatory documents.
