Ildar Khalikov honours the memory of people, who died in the plane crash in Kazan on November 17, 2013

On November 17, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Labour, employment and social protection of the republic Elmira Zaripova, Minister of transport and roads Lenar Safin, representatives of regional ministries and agencies, and relatives of the dead took part in a mourning event to mark 2-year anniversary of Boeing 737-500 plane crash at Kazan international airport.
The names of all 50 victims of the plane crash were announced at the beginning of the ceremony. After a minute's silence, Ildar Khalikov and other participants of the event laid flowers to the memorial complex.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
