President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov awards order “For Merits before the Republic of Tatarstan” to Venera Ganeeva

Today President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with People’s artist of Russia and Tatarstan Venera Ganeeva in Kazan Kremlin. Head of RT President office Yury Kamaltynov, Acting deputy prime minister - RT Minister of culture Zilya Valeeva attended a meeting likewise.

Being the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev signed an Edict on awarding the Order “For Merits before the Republic of Tatarstan” to Venera Ganeeva. “I have a pleasure to realize this mission”, - Rustam Minnikhanov warmly congratulated the singer.

“I’m so glad to receive such a high award from Tatarstan President. At the same time I understand all the responsibility, I’ll have to work harder in the future”, - Venera Ganeeva shared out her first impressions with journalists. “I’d like to thank the President and government of our republic for high appraisal of my work. I wish Rustam Nurgalievich great achievements at new work, strong health and family well-being.

The jubilee evening devoted to Venera Ganeeva will take place at the stage of M.Jalil Tatar academic opera and ballet theatre.
