Rustam Minnikhanov visits the grave of the first President of Chechnya Akhmad-Khadzhi Kadyrov

On November 24, during his working trip to Grozny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Head of Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov visited the grave of the first President of Chechnya, Hero of Russia Akhmad-Khadzhi Kadyrov.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted an important role Akhmad Kadyrov played in establishment of peace and order in Chechnya, and maintenance of territorial integrity of Russia.
Chairman of the Council of Chechen Alims Khozh-Akhmed Kadyrov thanked Minnikhanov for respecting the memory of Akhmad-Khadzhi and consolidating traditions of friendship between Tatarstan and Chechen Republic.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
