Rustam Minnikhanov awarded medal for contribution to development of the South Moravian Region

On December 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was awarded a medal for substantial contribution to the development of the South Moravian Region (Czech Republic).

The award was established by the governor Michal Hašek to mark the 15th anniversary of the region’s foundation. Laureates of the award were Mayor of Vienna, Head of Lower Austria (Austria), head of local self-government of Trnava (Slovakia), head of Zadar Region (Croatia).

The solemn ceremony was held on December 15 with the participation of deputies of deputies of Czech Parliament, heads of ministries and agencies and diplomatic representatives of other countries.

On behalf of Tatarstan President, the award was received by Trade and Economic Representative of Tatarstan in Czechia Zufar Abdulgaleev.
