Rustam Minnikhanov visits a new plant of SPEC group of companies in Dubai

On December 31, during his working trip to the United Arab Emirates, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new plant Group SPEC group of companies at the invitation of the group’s owner Mr. Zafar Al Sheikh.     

The new facility is located in the Jebel Ali free economic zone in Dubai. 

Minnikhanov was told that the SPEC company was founded and started its activity in the USA, at present the company has its own design, manufacturing facilities and offices in the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh. The company offers turnkey solutions - from design and manufacturing to installation and commissioning of equipment at the site, the company guarantees its customers the use of high Western standards and technologies, the company's activity is certified. Specialists design, manufacture and assemble equipment for oil and gas production and processing branches of industry, petrochemical industry, as well as for agriculture.

During his meeting with Minnikhanov, Mr. Zafar Al Sheikh expressed great interest in entering the Russian market through partnership relations with one of its regions - the Republic of Tatarstan.

It is expected that in the near future Zafar Al Sheikh will pay a working visit to the republic to discuss prospects of establishing a joint venture, the amount of investments and creation of production facilities in Tatarstan.
