Ildar Khalikov: “Tatarstan is interested in expansion of cooperation with Byelorussia”

Tatarstan is interested in expansion of cooperation with Byelorussia, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov said while summing up the second day of visit of Byelorussian delegation to republic.

We remind that delegation of Byelorussia headed by Prime minister Sergey Sidorsky visited Naberezhnye Chelny and saw production capacity of JSC “KAMAZ”, Kama industrial park “Master” and scientific-technical centre “KAMAZ”.

Later, the delegation went to Elabuga whre Sergey Sidorsky and Ildar Khalikov took part in festive opening of assembling production of tractors on the territory of trade house “MTZ-ElAZ”.

“Today we have seen the process of realizing agreements signed before between Tatarstan and Byelorussia”, - Ildar Khalikov said after the ceremony of opening assembling production.

Ildar Khalikov stressed that there are many new areas for cooperation. “This is petrochemistry – use of production of Tatarstan enterprises, partnership with “Tatneft” company, - construction of fuel station in Byelorussia, - Ildar Khalikov noted. – It is good that today we have close inter-sectoral relations in machine building and petrochemistry. We have visited “KAMAZ” which is the consumer of production of Byelorussian enterprises and our interest in expanding cooperation is great”.
