Rustam Minnikhanov: We should think about children’s health first of all

On January 16, at Tatarstan Government House, efficiency of preventative groups on work with citizens at social risk was discussed at a regional meeting.

Minister of civil defence and emergency situations Rafis Khabibullin reported that in accordance with Tatarstan President’s order, preventive work in the sphere of fire safety is carried out with large and problem families together with police officers, local self-government and social workers. Specialists visited 1,350 large families and 600 problem families last week.

According to Rafis Khabibullin, deterioration of weather conditions is expected on January 17, 18.

The minister reminded that at a session of the committee of emergency situations, it was decided to forbid the use of school buses with GLONASS receivers that are out-of-service in bad weather.
