Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikahnov is in Rostov-on-Don with working visit

Today RT President Rustam Minnikahnov is in Rostov-on-Don with working visit. The 25th jubilee summit Russia-EU is being held in this city on May 31-June, 1, 2010. Russia is presented by President Dmitry Medvedev.

Various aspects of cooperation between Russia and the EU, urgent issues of international and regional agenda have been discussed at working session. In particular, parties debated on measures of overcoming world financial crisis, issues of global and European security, Iran nuclear program, Middle East settlement.

By results of the meeting Russian government and the EU signed Agreement on protection of secret information.

In the evening, horse races for the prize of Russian President will be held on Rostov-on-Don racetrack. The races are organized by RF Ministry of agriculture.

Aleksey Pesoshin will fulfill wishes of four kids during the action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes”

On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation. Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “ Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
