Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in 15th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation

On February 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and members of the Tatarstan Government took part in the 15th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation.

The presidium introduced 37 issues including 12 draft regional laws and 20 draft federal laws for consideration in the first reading.

The draft regional law about theatres and theatre activity, opportunity of granting tax incentives to residents of the territories of priority social and economic development will be considered in the first reading.

Moreover, draft laws about introducing amendments in Electoral Code and Land Code of the republic, regional laws “On state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan”, “State symbols of the Republic of Tatarstan”, “The status of a deputy of State Council”, and some other laws will be discussed.

The Minister of internal affairs will make a report on activity of the police in 2015 and the Commissioner for human rights - “On observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015”. Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “ Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
