Vladimir Putin arrives on working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny

On February 12, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, who arrived on a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Begishevo international airport.
During his visit, Putin will hold a meeting of Military-Industrial Commission at the Kamaz automaker.
Before that, Vladimir Putin is scheduled to attend a ceremony marking the 40th year since the release of the first Kamaz truck, and put into operation a new Ammonium corporation plant in Mendeleevsk region of the republic at a video conference.
His agenda also includes a visit to Quantorium children’s technopark, opened in December last year.

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.

On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
