Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visits some enterprises during his visit to Tukai region

On February 16, during his working visit to Tukai region Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Khanov peasant poultry farm.

Head of the farm Rinat Khanov told Minnikhanov about its activities and plans for its further development. Two poultry houses were built in 2012 with the financial support provided under the programme "Family Farms".  The paved road to the farm had been built before that. According to recent figures, the farm employs six people.

Minnikhanov and his party looked around the peasant farm and visited one of the buildings of the Khanov family poultry farm with the young birds in it.

Then Minnikhanov visited the Kama Sapropel plant, which has been working in the fertilizer market since 2004. For this period, it has grown from a small enterprise for the production of the sapropel into a major Russian company.

The company produces innovative ecological products on the bases of natural agromineral sapropel for different spheres. Its products are delivered to domestic and foreign markets, and are export-oriented and import-substituting.

Over the past few years, the company has implemented a major project – the construction of a modern plant for the production of organic-mineral and organic fertilizers; fodder concentrates and additives, enriched filler; sorbent-improver and other products based on sapropel agro-mineral.

Tatarstan President inspected workships for production of mineral-organic fertilizers and sapropel filler, the line for the production of fodder additives, visited the warehouse of finished products.

After looking around the companies Minnikhanov took part in a session of the local Council by results of social and economic development in 2015 and tasks for 2016.
