Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of developing info-communication technologies and services on the territory of Tatarstan has been signed today between RT Cabinet and ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding”.
RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Director general of ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding” Andrey Semerikov put their signatures in the documents.
The Agreement was signed in House of RT government within the limits of meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice-President of JSC “Lukoil”, president of “Lukoil Overseas Holding Ltd” Andrey Kuzyaev.
Andrey Kuzyaev informed that development of projects on the territory of Tatarstan is a priority issue for ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding”. He reminded that today the company realizes its activity in Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny. The scope of services covers 550 thousand households. By and large in Tatarstan users of ZAO “ER-Telecom Holding” services number to 1 mln. people. Andrey Kuzyaev informed that about 30 mln. dollars had been invested into creation of infrastructure and construction on the territory of Tatarstan.
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov considers company “ER-Telecom Holding” to be one of the strategic partners of republic in the sphere of developing info-communication technologies. Republic needs wideband access to Internet, digital television and other services, Rustam Minnikhanov noted. At the same time prices for these services should be reasonable.
