Rustam Minnikhanov: “Composite polymers - product of future”

A regular session of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” Directors board was held in Kazan under chairmanship of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. Head of republic shared impressions about contest of professional skills that had been held at JSC “Tatneft” last Saturday.

Director General of the holding Rafinat Yarullin reported on perspectives of producing polymeric composite materials. By his words, construction of ethylene complex at JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, plans for creating production of aromatic hydrocarbons at JSC “TANECO”, project of producing maleic anhydride, plant of glass fibre at special economic zone “Alabuga” are premises for developing this area in Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized urgency of this theme. He noted that modern aircraft building and automobile production cannot do without up-to-date materials. RT president supposes it is necessary to prepare a special program in this sphere. Director General of OOO “Heat efficient systems” (Moscow) Vladimir Kim told about heat-generator pumps as alternative resources of heat energy.

Minister of economy and natural resources Aglyam Sadretdinov told about preparation for “All-Russia meeting with participation of heads of nature conservation departments from Russian regions on issues of improving system of state management for environmental protection and nature use”. The meeting will be held in Kazan on September, 28-29.
