Rustam Minnikhanov meets with members of the delegation from Khabarovsk Region

On May 28, at his meeting with members of the delegation from Khabarovsk region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed issues related further cooperation.

The delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the regional government Viktor Martsenko is on a working visit in Tatarstan.

“A region as powerful as Khabarovsk is very important for our country,” Minnikhanov said welcoming the guests.

Martsenko said that they have already visited Kazan Aviation Plant, Composite Company, IT park, and other sites, as well as a number of sports facilities.

The meeting also discussed issues related to establishing industrial sites, as well as improving the quality of life of the rural population and the programmes being implemented in this area in Tatarstan and Khabarovsk region, including the construction of medical stations and other social facilities.

Minnikhanov offered to increase trade turnover between Tatarstan and Khabarovsk region and expand the range of goods supplied by both parties.
