On May 29, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov congratulated workers of the petrochemical industry on the Chemist’s Day.
"Dear workers of the petrochemical industry! On my own behalf and on behalf of Tatarstan Government I congratulate you on your professional holiday - the Chemist’s Day. Traditionally, on the last Sunday of May we notice achievements workers of the petrochemical complex have made, sum up results of work of the industry, honour old stagers, listen to scientists, give instructions to students - future professionals, on which we put our hope to improve the industrial of the country.
Due to the personal support of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and on behalf of the regional Government annual celebrations which have already become the symbolic center of attraction of Russian chemists, are held in Nizhnekamsk.
Today, the regional petrochemical enterprises employ highly qualified specialists. At the same time in a competitive struggle for the world markets requirements for knowledge, skills and experience of staff are getting higher every year.
I am confident that in close cooperation with educational and research institutions, we with common efforts will be able to solve the problems of staff training, technology improvement, release of products in demand.
Respect for labor, pursuit of knowledge, continuous development and dedication to work should become the basis of a proactive approach to life of young chemists of Tatarstan.
There is no doubt that the comprehensive development of the domestic industry, the implementation of innovative projects are the basis of the growth of welfare of citizens, increase of economic security, guarantee of a decent life for future generations.
