Ildar Khalikov: “ICL-KPO VS” should position itself as a leader”

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov announced during his visit to a leading IT enterprise in republic that “ICL-KPO VS” should show claim leading positions at Russian and global markets. The spheres of activity have been demonstrated to Head of Tatarstan government. Ildar Khalikov saw the assembling production of company. Here in the workshop computers and laptops are assembled and tested. A laptop produced by “ICL-KPO VS” was handed to Prime Minister. In his turn, he asked Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov to present it to a boy from Drozhzhanoe settlement.

Head of Tatarstan government was impressed by the service of distant control and administration of complicated corporate computer systems. Administrators and engineers working in Kazan are engaged into development and maintenance of software for clients from 26 countries throughout the world.

Director general of the company Viktor Diyachkov informed that there are no other companies in Russia which render IT-outsourcing services for large foreign customers.

Problems that impede company from growth were discussed at a meeting after the excursion. The company may steadily develop due to strategic plan and partner - «Fujitsu» company, Viktor Diyachkov said. About 1300 people work in the company for this moment. Last year the profit made about 2 bln. roubles.

Ildar Khalikov supposed that “ICL-KPO VS” should increase volume of IT-outsoursing services. By words of Director general, the company needs new areas, qualified staff to realize it.

Prime Minister gave assignment to prepare a list of problems which prevent company from developing its perspects.
