Vladislav Surkov: Tatarstan’s experience proves efficiency of consolidated power

A consolidated power is the most efficient for solving modernization tasks.First Deputy Chief of RT President Staff stated this after meeting with secretaries of political councils of local and initial organizations of United Russia party.
In the action took part RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT State Council Chairman , secretary of political council territorial regional branch All-Russia political party United Russia Farid Mukhametshin, secretary of presidium of General council of United Russia Vyacheslav Volodin, heads of RT regions, activists and party supporters.
«Consolidated power supporting level of state governance at high level in our conditions is more effective for solving modernization tasks of economic and social development. Here we are solidify with Tatarstan leadership. To the point in latest history Tatarstan showed that namely this kind of power handles the tasks which are solved in interests of people», - Vladislav Surkov said after the meeting.
Vladislav Surkov marked that interesting and useful session was held in Kazan in which the issues «on the future of our political system, what direction it is developing were discussed ». «The main result of the meeting we cam mark is our common representation on ways of political system developing in our country», - he said.
First Deputy Chief of RF President Staff informed also that yesterday at the session of Council on development of local government under President of Russia the important issues of improving settlements points were tackled.
Responding the questions of mass media representatives, RT President Rustam Minnikhanov underlined that today in the context of meeting with secretaries of political councils of local and initial branches of United Russia party «very interesting conversation took place as it should be reformed and how it is likely». «It is possible when strong and stable power is present, - Rustam Minnikhanov said. Any modernization, any reform in any country may happen only when strong and stable power is at hand».
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
