Rustam Minnikhanov pays a working visit to Innopolis city

On July 4, during his working visit to Innopolis city, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a working meeting discussed the progress of construction of social and transport infrastructure facilities in the city. 

Minnikhanov pointed out that along with construction of facilities active work to attract citizens to the city should be carried out. Currently, the number of its residents has reached 2,000 people, with half of them living there permanently. There are 400 IT-specialists working in the city.

Participants of the meeting also touched upon some issues related to attraction of new resident companies to the Innopolis Special Economic Zone.

Then Minnikhanov went to the city stadium to check the readiness of the main sports facility of the city. Besides a football field with running tracks and stands for fans, there is a basketball court and children's play grounds. Main construction and assembly works have been completed. The work on improvement of the territory is underway.  Tatarstan President has given an errand to organize the first sporting event there upon completion of all works.

Then, Minnikhanov visited a new medical center, where he had a meeting with Head of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency Vladimir Uiba.

During the tour around the center, Minister of Health of the republic Adel Vafin said that the medical facility was opened in 2016. The center features necessary state-of-the-art equipment, a day-care patient department equipped with a clinical diagnostic laboratory and physiotherapy treatment facility.
