Rustam Minnikhanov about new beach in Almetievsk: it is the first major project implemented in the Year of water conservation areas

On July 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of a tourist recreation area near Almetievsk city lake. With other honoured guests Rustam Minnikhanov walked around the fitness and workout areas, took part in the opening of “Strawberry fair” and visited the festival of colours. Head of the region Airat Khairullin told about the site improvement and lake cleaning.

“There is a beach area which is highly competitive with European beaches, an outdoor swimming-pool, a climbing wall and adventure park for those who like extreme sports, and a coworking center to support creative initiatives. And, the heart of our recreation area is a modern wake park, which could not be constructed without the support of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov,” Khairullin said.

Airat Khairullin expressed his gratitude to management of Tatneft Oil Company and its Director General Nail Maganov, and all companies and workers that were involved in the construction of this unique recreation area and site improvement.
