Tatarstan President: Kazan Medical Instruments Plant is one of the leading and socially important enterprises in Russian medical industry

On July 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Minister of Health Care of the republic Adel Vafin, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin and other officials visited the Kazan Medical Instruments Plant.

He looked around production facilities of the plant. In particular, Minnikhanov visited workshops for the production of microsurgical and dental instruments, polymer products, and others.

Then, Tatarstan President took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the founding of the plant.

Minnikhanov said that Kazan Medical Instruments Plant is one of the leading and socially important enterprises in Russian medical industry. The plant history goes hand in hand with our republic, the development of its industrial potential and health care, he added.

Tatarstan President expressed special words of gratitude to old stagers of the plant, who made a significant contribution to the establishment and development of the company with their selfless work.

Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “ Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
