50 former prisoners started their own business in Tatarstan

Almost 39 000 people in Tatarstan are considered to be officially unemployed. For the last two weeks unemployment growth is being observed in republic. The highest level of unemployment was marked in Tetyushsky region (3,81 %).
Also in autumn the need for personnel is going down. Thus the rate of tensity at labor market is increasing. Today on average 1,6 people go to 1 vacancy, Deputy minister of labor, employment and social protection Klara Tazetdinova informed at session of Republican interdepartmental commission on improving living standards and income legalization. The session was held in House of RT government with participation of Acting Prime Minister Ravil Muratov.
3 bln. 595,9 mln. roubles have already been allocated from RT and RF budgets for realization of measures under regional program of additional actions aimed at decreasing tensity at RT labor market
Starting from the beginning of January, about 213 thousand people have been sent for public and temporary works. 56 % of them are citizens who are likely to be dismissed.
Consequently, works were found for more than 25 000 of the unemployed and 65 000 of job-seekers.
19 000 people worked out business plans for organization of self employment in the form of entrepreneurship activity, 18 000 of them have already registered their entrepreneurship. Thus, they created 5224 working places for unemployed citizens. Major activities are connected with manufacturing of agricultural production. 200 people have stopped their entrepreneurship activity. 338 people who returned from the army and 50 former prisoners started their own business.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
