On August 15, during his working visit to Agryz region (Tatarstan), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an opening ceremony of the Culture Centre for 300 seats named after Tatar poet, playwright and composer Lyabib Aytuganov.
Minnikhanov congratulated the region’s dwellers on this important event and noted that today the club is one of those facilities that should be in every village.
"We are glad to share this happy moment with you. A wonderful centre to house a club and a gym, all in one, has been open today. Life in the village should not be worse than that in the city. Today we are implementing about 30 different targeted programmes in the republic, most of which are aimed at supporting the village, improving the quality of life of the villagers," he said.
Minnikhanov and his party looked around the center and then went to the city receration park "Yashlek".
